2011 Norway attacks
On 22 July 2011, Norway was struck by a two-pronged terrorist attack. The first, a large fuel / fertilizer explosive detonation in the executive government quarter of Oslo, and while police and emergency personnel were involved in response to the explosion the second attack was launched at a youth camp organized by the youth organization (AUF) of the Norwegian Labour Party (AP) at the island of Utøya in Tyrifjorden, Buskerud.
