Playing with Gradient

Gradient? what's da Hell is that? : D ..

average person would already know what's on the gradient? in indo gradient = gradient or very subtle changes from one color to another. Maybe that means .. if anyone want to add, I invite ...

file Create a new file (new), then select Custom and select preset = 640 x 480 px. Resolution 72 only.

Create a box with the rectangular marquee tool (M), click the layer (new> layer) or the NEW button layer in the layer palette.

Make sure Layer 1 is selected.

select the gradient tool in the toolbox.

Select the linear gradient on the tool bar option

and change the color of the gradient to

Left: R: 0 G: 47 B: 140

Right: R: 136 G: 176 B: 255

Click the reserve on the tool bar option

Click and drag from the top left corner of selection box toward the bottom right corner.

Happens like this:

box still selected, click Select (modify -> contract.)

Fill contract value by 10 px.

Click the gradient tool. With the same colors click and drag the bottom right corner to left corner of the

above.

press ctrl + D to remove the selection.

And the result:
