Making Glass effect on a photo

its first open the photo:

Continue to press ctrl + J to menduplikan ... then click the background layer .. press CTRL + backspace to clear him-in the picture .. white background so it deh.

Use Polygonal lasso tool to make a duplicate layer in the box earlier. Once selected, press ctrl + X to CUT images are selected and press CTRL + V to paste it and make a new layer, drag the resulting image into place.
