Samsung Galaxy R (or the Samsung GT-I9103) is to pour a small version of the Galaxy II, D, and is now on sale in some European countries.
Naming convention for the new Samsung phone 'R' is a high-end device, which comes under the "S". Components made a little 'less, but still a very desirable smartphone, R is the galaxy suggested retail price is 450 €, but in reality is likely to sell closer to 400 €, when it comes to dealers.
This is a dual core machine with 1 GHz CPU ARM A9, 4.2 "LCD 480 x 800 pixels, 5 megapixel camera on the back with 720p HD video capture, video calls 1.3 megapixel camera, FM radio and all the usual features, such as Android WiFi, 3.5G and GPS. With these specifications, the Galaxy R is easily more powerful than most competitors out of the ultra-high-quality phones smartphones.
We suspect that most used mobile Gazette would tend to go to S Galaxy II Galaxy rather than R, but there is an interesting twist to this story .. because right now, Apple does have a European-wide ban blocking the sale of Samsung S Galaxy II, Galaxy and the original Galaxy Ace S. As far as we know, A Galaxy is not covered by the injunction.
Originally Galaxy R should have a very limited release in Europe, but with an obvious hole in their product range, it may well be that Samsung will accelerate the production. Of course, the Galaxy R very close to the design to the "forbidden" phones and can only be a matter of time before Apple tries to block that too.
Galaxy R measures 126 x 67 x 10 mm and weighs 132 grams. A large 1650 mAh is quoted to give nearly 10 hours of talk time and 23 days standby. We are very pleased that Samsung is suitable for higher-capacity batteries, Android phones may be used in a lot of power.
Currently, the countries that seem to come to the Galaxy A are Russia, Turkey, Norway, Romania, and I guess the other Nordic countries and Eastern European countries. It 'very possible that R Galaxy will become more accessible to other recent developments.
